1. Shipping of goods

1.1  Orders placed by E-shop customers are completed by NOYA design within 3 business days from the date of conclusion of the agreement. The processing time includes the time necessary to complete the subject of the order.

1.2 In the event that a given product is not available in the store, the order processing time may be extended, depending on the product, up to 20 business days. The Buyer will be informed of each such case by e-mail.

1.3 The delivery time depends on the method of delivery of the goods selected by the Customer and should not exceed 4 business days. 

1.4 NOYA design entrusts the delivery of goods to third parties conducting business activities in this area, depending on the Customer's choice indicated in the order.

1.5 Delivery costs are added to the product prices as displayed. Delivery charges are explained within individual product offers.

1.6 We only dispatch goods en route; pick up by the customer is not possible.

1.7 We do not deliver to a parcel locker.


2. Receipt of goods

2.1. The Seller informs that customers have the right to check the condition of the shipment after it has been delivered to the place indicated in the order. The condition of the shipment can be checked before it is collected from the carrier.

2.2. In the event that, before the shipment is released, it turns out that it has been damaged or has suffered a loss, the carrier is obliged to immediately establish the condition of the shipment and the circumstances of the damage by means of a protocol. However, in most cases, the Carrier performs these activities at the request of the person authorized to receive the shipment

2.3. The Seller informs that if after the shipment is released, the person authorized to receive the shipment notices a loss or damage that cannot be seen from the outside, they have the right, immediately after the damage is discovered, but no later than within 7 days of receiving the shipment, to demand that the carrier determine the condition of the shipment.

3. Proof of purchase - VAT invoice

3.1 By accepting the regulations, the Customer agrees to send the proof of purchase - VAT invoice to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.

3.2 The VAT invoice is sent to the e-mail address in the form of an attachment in PDF format.

3.3 At the Customer's request, the VAT invoice may be sent in paper form to the address provided by the Customer.
